Worst High end site I ever used. They charge for express delivery but after more than a week the goods have not even been handed to the courrier. They blame it on corona-crisis and that they want to keep employees safe. Fine, but how long does it take to put a pair of shoes in a box and have DHL pick it up? After more then 10 days I received a message that my goods were packed! Now guess 10 days to get them shipped? I doubt they have the goods in stock. One big rip-off.

I recently bought some items including a pair of jeans in the sale, which even after sales was still a lot of money. I paid £10 for shipping, and literally not long after when my order arrived, they offered another sales tactic of: "Free shipping and a further 20% discount." Their sales offers misleads customers into thinking it is the final price and that the free shipping offer has ended, THEN within a day or two they offer another new promotion! Now that wouldn't annoy customers would it?!
When asked if they would refund the difference of the 20% which is £35, they said no. I would have to return the items for a refund and reorder them. Bear in mind I am ordering from abroad. Frankly it makes no sense for a customer to do that - Firstly, for the cost to them of re-shipping it, let alone, environmentally how that impacts the environment of shipping it back and forth abroad, then re-shipping it again for no reason, just for the sake of the difference of £35.
Revolve have a no fuss policy of refunding the difference, and match pricing, even when items are further reduced on their site or others. They don't chop and change their free shipping and discounts a few days later, which inevitably annoys customers. The packing is excellent but the lack of goodwill and sales tactics has left me wanting to shop elsewhere instead.

I placed my order during a promotion and days later still never recieved an email confirmation. I emailed customee service and they told me that I never ordered anything and they cant do anything. I know I placed my order that day and now they will not honor the promotion. I will never order from them again.

I was really worried purchasing my Prada bag from Mytheresa after reading so many negative reviews on here, but I'm so glad I just went for it! I have nothing but positive things to say, placed my order Friday evening, despite it being bank holiday on the Monday my order still arrived on the Tuesday morning with standard shipping which I am so impressed with. I received a confirmation email and tracking info as soon as my order shipped, and could then set up notifications with DHL to see it travel every step of the way to me. It arrived well packaged, with protective wrapping, 2 boxes, ribbon, my dustbag and a nice handwritten note to say who had packaged my order. The bag arrived in perfect condition, not one issue and could not be more pleased or impressed with Mythersea. I never leave reviews and I think that's the problem as people are more likely to share if they have had a bad experience. Highly recommend Mythersea and will most definitely be shopping here again :)!

Disgraceful customer service with no resolution in sight
I don't even know where to begin. I ordered 2 items in early April to be delivered to Washington DC. I got shipping confirmation and tracking information which I began to follow. The shipment was due to be delivered to my home on April 9 but was put on hold on April 12. As there are many reasons for shipments "on hold" which I understand can often take up to a week, I left it for a week before I started calling mytheresa. Apparently there had been a minor mistake in the address, and R instead of an E. They asked me to rectify this which I did. No confirmation from either mytheresa or dhl confirming the update. I followed up with 2 or 3 emails to both dhl and mytheresa asking for confirmation. Neither responded. I finally called mytheresa again and she tells me there is a protocol and that they go through their customs department and that they cant contact dhl directly! I then took the initiative and called dhl myself and spoke to Maria who told me that she would update the status and that the parcel would be delivered April 28. Sure enough, the status changed but no parcel. They updated it again to April 29. No parcel. I went online today April 30 and the status is back on hold with a location of Cincinnati Ohio! This was where the parcel had been originally processed through customs. I called Dhl again! The customer service guy told me that the matter had been escalated because they can't trace it. At this point I just want my money back. I called mytheresa and told them. I spoke to a representative who told me I would need to wait for a refund until dhl had officially declared the item lost. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold and then hung up. I called back and was given the same benign answer and then he proceeded to repeat on the phone what actions mytheresa had taken obviously to ensure they had checked all their boxes and in their own best interest. Customer is definitely not a priority. Mytheresa is efficient when you are purchasing but their follow up is the worst I have ever experienced. Not only will I never purchase from this company again, I would caution anyone to reconsider purchasing from this retailer. They way I have been treated is abominable and their communication via email to me has always been prompted by a call from me. It is NEVER self initiated or proactive. There are a lot of other luxury retail options to spend thousands of dollars that I'll be exercising in the future. Shame on you. All I want now is a return of my money and they are refusing to do this until they work out their own insurance and compensation. I am appalled and still in shock.

I was very nervous about ordering from MyTheresa as the internet had some horrid stories, as well as, some pleasant ones. I rolled the dice and ordered a C. Louboutin crossbody that was sold out on their direct website. I watched as my order was processed, packed, and shipped from Germany to the US. I placed my order on 4/15/21 and I received it 4/19/21. I could NOT be happier with my purchase. The item brand new, in original packaging, boxed with care and luxury. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones - but I will SURELY be buying from them again!

A very dishonest company. I bought a dress which was sent out with the button hanging off and stitching coming away up the back. Whilst they refunded the money for the dress they have refused so far to refund my postage money. It's very poor customer service to expect a customer to be out of pocket when sending out faulty goods. I have opened a paypal case which they have responded saying they've refunded, it's a total lie, you can see the difference in what I've paid and what they've refunded. I won't be using this company again for their dishonesty and poor customer care. On top of which they have ignored my emails requesting my postage money back.

I went to order my dream bag from this site, I had previously had fantastic experience with. I downloaded the App and put my PayPal and detail in, it went back to my basket so I assumed it didn’t go through. I re applied the payment twice and it still didn’t work, I thought I best check my bank! Low and behold I had three pending charges, but no order numbers or proof that I had purchased anything. Mytheresa had no order number or anything, PayPal confirmed the pending orders was from their app site and only they could cancel it. I had send the PayPal transaction numbers and details and got nowhere. They said that because they didn’t have any order numbers or details about this it would most likely not go through anyway, and the money would be back in my account. The money is still not in my account as it’s pending still. I wanted answers and to know if I re ordered that it wouldn’t happen again, I received 2 automated messages and no further response as to why this has happened, or how they could assist me in making this purchase without anymore hassle. I then tried re sending my email 2 more times this time, asking if I couldn’t resolve this situation that I would like to make a formal complaint. I have just received another email that was a plank copy of an email they send me three days ago, asking for all of the information when they already have it from the last few emails. They clearly use templated email and don’t check the responses.

The worst company.Since it was defective, even if you attach a photo and contact support, it will be ignored.If the item you received is defective, you should never buy it here as it cannot be returned or exchanged.Please be careful.Please spread the message.

I also was a bit worried about all the bad reviews. But if I want something badly, I take the risk. Fast delivery, well packed with a clear return manual. Very happy with my boots! Remember, people write more reviews with bad experience, and less with good.

I will never purchase from this company again. Similar to the review before I am in the middle of an ongoing mess simply trying to return a coat. Purchased coat on 16th Dec 2020, started return on 23rd Dec was asked to until new year for return forms which wasn't ideal but i did. The was asked again at the start of the year to give them another few days at which point i refused and was sent some paperwork and instructions by Krystle. On reading instructions i could tell i was missing the customs form. Emaild Krystle straight back and got no response i contined to email her for 3 days without reponse. At which point i had to ring germany to get help. Finally i was sent the correct forms and got the coat sent back, and thought the saga was finally over. But no, coat apparantly refunded on 16th Jan 2021 and to this day the money is nowhere to be seen. I emailed emmanuel 3 times this week saying it had not come back and bank said to open dispute if still not back by the end of the week. So i decided to email him one more time yesterday to give them a chance to sort this their end before opening a credit card dispute against them and like the lady below got not reponse. They seem to just stop reponding if its a problem never seen anything so unprofessional. Customer service at its worst. So now almost 2 months later, 22 emails later, 1 phone call to germany, 1 phone call to my bank, £11 interest in bank charged for outstanding balance on credit card and still no refund and zero help. And today i have had to waste more of my time completing a credit card dispute form. I have never experienced anything like this in my lifetime shopping online. My theresa really need to monitor their customer service emails because clearly i'm not the only one being ignored when a problem arises.UPDATE: Despite mytheresa reponding on here to say they have reached out to me in private, they have NOT this clearly is just a meaningless generic reponse. My refund has still not reached my account. Reading other reviews its clear this company is no longer a reliable retailer and people should know they are shopping at their own risk and do not expect any help of a problem arises.

Not only did MyTheresa not immediately ship my item, they delivered the WRONG item to me. I was prepard to pay for a very expensive duties and taxes upon receipt of my shipment, I do admit I was heavily shocked for paying +40% for taxes and duties alone, but I was so furious for receiving the wrong item due to their negligence.
They did not offer any concession nor was accommodating to rush sending me the replacement / correct item, they're demanding me to return the item first before they can replace my shipment with the correct one, WHICH WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES for the second shipment on top of the first one I paid for the wrong merchandise.
They take so long to respond and so inconsiderate! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

I must say I had a good experience. Ordered an earring by Maria Tash and it was faulty. Asked to have it changed. Received excellent customer service and speedy substitution. Very reliable as far as I am concerned. Will purchase again.
